Overview
Following storm damage caused by a fallen tree, we were appointed to carry out remedial works at Ripon Cathedral School. The extent of the damage was so severe that the client made the decision to replace the entire affected roof section. Given the scale of the project, we provided a solution that would not only restore the roof but also offer long-term durability.
Our team supplied and installed a traditional zinc metal roof, chosen for its strength, longevity, and timeless aesthetic. Zinc is well-known for its resilience in adverse weather conditions, making it an ideal material for this type of repair. To ensure a flawless finish, all zinc flashing details and rainwater goods were expertly fitted by our in-house specialist installation team. Their attention to detail and skill in working with zinc ensured that the roof was completed to the highest standards, providing the client with a high-quality, lasting solution that will stand the test of time and the elements.
