Overview

We were commissioned to enhance an existing single-skin extension by significantly improving its thermal performance and internal finish quality.

• Installation of internal insulation:A high-performance insulation system was fitted to internal walls and ceiling to raise U‑values, reduce heat loss, and improve energy efficiency.

​

• Application of bright white liner: A white liner was installed over the insulation on both walls and roof. This provides a clean, emissive finish and enhances natural light reflection within the space.

​

• Air‑tightness enhancement: All insulation and liner interfaces were meticulously sealed at joints and around structural penetrations to prevent drafts and moisture ingress.

• Integration with existing structure: Careful detailing ensured the liner and insulation were seamlessly integrated into wall and roof junctions, down to perimeter trims, ensuring a high-quality finish.
